The first meeting of the History box partners took place at the premises of Die Berater, where all the partners’ representatives gathered to discuss the details related to this new project and the first steps.

The Project Results which will be developed during the upcoming two years were presented and debated, focusing on the first activities and the next steps. The financial and administrative regulations under Erasmus Plus were also discussed to combine the project milestones with the management phases.

Since then, we have already started working on the first result, the Policy Paper, which will review the role of history education in existing integration courses and programmes in the project countries, as well as gather good practices in the field.

But what do we want to achieve with this?

Through the activities that are being carried out, we aim to do our best to raise awareness among trainers & educators, refugees & migrants, & other relevant stakeholders, of the importance & benefits of history, in the context of migrant inclusion.
